Fiduciary management
The Bundesnetzagentur was appointed fiduciary of Gazprom Germania GmbH (now Securing Energy for Europe GmbH) by order of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) (now the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy - BMWE) on 4 April 2022. The fiduciary management ended at midnight on 15 December 2022.
The Bundesnetzagentur was appointed fiduciary of Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing GmbH by order of the BMWK on 16 September 2022. The fiduciary management was extended several times, most recently by order of 27 February 2026 for an unlimited period.
